Chaos or Peace? You Choose.
My choice: Each morning, when I realize I am awake, I breathe deep for myself and then take another for ALL of us.
I then prepare a place to be silent and light a candle with the intention for the world to see the clarity of who they indeed are.
My heart asks for guidance as I focus on my breath and feel the sacredness of its importance.
Quietly then, I add that I allow, trust, and surrender to my purpose just for today and listen. The quiet sounds of Nature keep me focused.
And then, I hear:
“Sweet creation, child of mine ~ Start in your own backyard.
Send the feelings of unworthiness and negativity that swim through your cells to take a backseat and allow the joy and light of who I created you to be; take the wheel.
Do you want to help bring peace to the conflict in the world? Then, be the peace.
Do you want to bring comfort to those in deep sadness? Then, be the quiet comforter, the listener to those around you.
Do you want to hear the laughter from our children? Then, surrender yourself, even briefly, with the children who step on your path and make them laugh. Their smiles will raise the joyful energy that you are and plant the seeds of simplicity, innocence, and wisdom.
Do you want to make sure people in this world are safe and have enough food to eat, clean water to drink, and warm clothes to wear? Then, seek out in your community those in need because they are there as teachers of compassion and empathy.
What you do for your brothers and sisters in your own backyard, in your own neighborhood, in your own community, you do for the world and beyond.
Instead of ‘sending’ the world your love, your kindness, your peace, ‘bring’ the world into the precious energy of your heart where all these gifts lay and wrap them around in this comfort. Visual yourself doing this, and transformation takes place. Trust this. Bring the gift of imagination to the front of your awareness and see what happens. If you do not know how, ask any child; they will excitedly guide you to yours.
I am here in everyone, and I am everywhere. Trust this. I help through you, so allow me to walk with you on this earth in and as the presence of who we are and who we will always be for eternity…Love. You are enough.”💖
When the world’s chaos presents itself, we are called to step forward in the only way we know how and to remember what we do for others, we do to and for ourselves. It cannot be any closer, more transparent, and more essential than that.
Albert Einstein said, “Logic will get you from A to Z; imagination will get you everywhere.”
And Everywhere is where the world needs all of us to be.
As I bring you and the world into my heart this day, I choose to lift the positive energy I carry and that I Am around this world. With the awareness that if I carry heaviness, anger, and deep sadness, this kind of energy is what is felt in the world.
Energy travels ~ may mine and yours be full of light, hope, love, peace and joy.
