Well, Well, Well…
What a unique, courageous and challenging time to be alive.
My husband and I had a heartfelt conversation over a comforting cup of coffee about this new turn of events and what adventures lay ahead.
His words were clear, and my heart moved with compassion and understanding.
“It seems we now live in a country and world where politics, religion, and economics drive many people’s choices rather than values like honesty, integrity, empathy, compassion, humility, and accountability. It also seems we have become a “me” society driven by social media and lost the “we” society that stood for something greater.”
Or did we?
As we each ponder these words, what truths are moving through you?
For me, listening to this brought strength, power, and vitality, moving up my feet and settling into my core, reminding me that…
I am here for a purpose.
My purpose is to shine my light so others may see their path if they so choose to and to plant seeds. I do not worry if they will be opened or watered; that is not my responsibility.
My responsibility is to plant seeds and shine my light as I walk in and as the presence of love on this Earth.
I will continue to represent ~ love, light, joy, compassion, and being who I am to the best of my ability. And I respectfully honor those who feel they are living life to the best of their ability.
The bottom line here…no matter what society, our country and the world say or do…
I can still be me. This foundation feels authentic and genuine.
And it feels wonderful.💖
Have a ‘you’ kind of day ~ Beautiful💫
In love and gratitude for all of us,
Terry🦋
Thought to ponder:
Where do you feel your responsibility lies, and how do you openly and respectfully share your purpose with the world?
