Dare To Be Different

Freedom is found in daring to be who you truly are. Different. (Photo Courtesy of JulieBeth Mezzy)

“Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?

~ Charles Bukoski

From birth, we have an innate desire to connect and be loved.

We are always searching to be fed and accepted, to feel and rest in the love where our souls were created. This deep longing pulls us at times to be small, to fit in.

To stay silent, to stay surface, to hide our magnificence.

Is there a “right time” to step out from behind our curtains and show how beautifully unique and different we are?

Yes! And the answer is simple yet powerful.

WE decided when.

The Wise One within us recognizes the masks we wear to fit in. And the Wise One within us knows when we withhold the gifts we have to offer a world longing for change.

This change will happen when our Brilliant Light has had enough and steps out from the shadows that have shielded us from fear and rejection.

When we are receptive and allow our true nature to break through…we will change…and our impact on the world will change as well.

“One thing and only one thing will bring me into the transformation that I have sought ~ The Willingness to Abide Where I Am, Differently.”  ~ Jeshua

A Thought to Ponder:
Who or what has not allowed you to be all that you can be? I have found this answer when I look into the mirror…and you?
